Be a part of our annual half-marathon series to raise funds for Heaven's Gate, a non-profit partner of Chapel Missions India. Currently, there are 186 children living in three Heaven's Gate orphanages specifically designed to address the challenges of living with HIV/AIDs in extremely impoverished areas. In addition, over 600 infected families living in surrounding villages are assisted with food, medicine, housing, and an annual health education fair and clinic.
Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome. Participants commit to being a part of our Run 4 Heaven’s Gate team with the goal of completing four specified half-marathon races during the month of October AND fundraising on behalf of people suffering with AIDS in India. All race fees are paid by participants; 100% of all funds raised directly benefit those in need. 2010’s participants raised over $41,000! The recipients of these much needed funds are overwhelmed by this generous act of love and it helps open the door of their hearts to Jesus. Help us make next year's event our best yet!
